The ROF-APR-10G high-speed avalanche photodetector(APD photodetector) integrates a high-speed response avalanche photodiode (APD photodiode) and a low-noise amplifier, single-mode/multi-mode fiber-coupled input, and SMA connector output. It features high gain, high sensitivity, AC-coupled output, and flat gain. It is mainly applied in high-speed optical fiber transmission systems and high-speed optical pulse detection and other fields.
