ROF -BPR series of balanced light detection module (balanced photodetector Silicon Photodetector)integrates two matching photodiode and an ultra-low noise transimpedance amplifier, effectively reducing the laser noise and common mode noise, improving the system’s noise ratio, having a variety of spectral response optional , Low noise, high gain, easy to use and so on, Mainly being used for spectroscopy, heterodyne detection, optical delay measurement, optical coherence tomography and other fields.

The high-gain balanced detection module optimized for the third-generation OCT (SS-OCT) system features high gain and low noise. It achieves a high common-mode rejection ratio and high output voltage amplitude through wavelength optimization. This detector has a bandwidth of up to 2.5GHz and is optimized for wavelengths of 1064nm and 1310nm.
